7:58a.m: Along with their rifles and necessities, different teams embark on their chosen route and race to complete a variety of obstacles to accumulate points and score in this challenge: a serious test of combat fitness.
8.29a.m: Captain Ng and his team of junior officers are fitted to brave unfamiliar elements and overcome a 400 meter 4-men paddle across a lake in the bid to position their team in the winning ranks.
9:21a.m: Navigating ahead of his team to recce the surroundings and the route ahead, Captain Poon examines his map while his body fights to calm the increasing intensity and heat from the race.
11:03a.m: Muscling dehydration and fatigue, Captain Kelvin pushes ahead with his team while casualty evacuating the lightest member to the finish point; the final obstacle they must complete.
11:10a.m: Without fortitude and teamwork, these men would not have survived the grueling challenge. Although the teams did not win eventually, they have left their mark in the hearts of their supporters as an Infantry commander, with pride.
